About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
  • Provide proactive support to clients, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Suggest and offer relevant products or services to clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects and deliverables
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including correspondence and communication history
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a staffing or recruitment agency
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
