As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Process vendor accounts payable vouchers for payment, prepare vouchers for general overhead items, and verify subcontractor insurance for compliance with contract requirements.
- Administrative Support: Submit department timecards, collect and review certified payrolls, coordinate vendor activities and payments, and collect and review waivers of lien.
- Office Operations: Sort, distribute, and process daily mail, maintain division/office files, order supplies, and provide general office support such as data entry, faxing, and typing.
- Communication: Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders, including the Office Manager and project team.
- A high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of office experience are required.
- Proficiency in word-processing, spreadsheet software, and good communication and organizational skills are necessary.
