Sales Administrative Assistant

Omni Las Colinas Hotel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales Managers and Director of Sales & Marketing in maximizing sales and achieving pre-determined targets.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule workloads to meet deadlines and ensure efficient department operations.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, including booking notices, letters, and contracts, to assigned managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reader files and account files.
- Coordinate general office functions and ensure timely communication among managers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- College degree preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
