Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, selling memberships and retail products, and contributing to the overall success of our salon.

Responsibilities

  • Increase membership sales and retail sales through effective sales techniques and customer engagement
  • Greet visitors and provide a warm and welcoming experience
  • Book appointments in person or by phone, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our guests
  • Contribute to group operations, including inventory maintenance and ensuring a clean and inviting environment

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service or retail sales experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work some weekends and evenings, as required
  • Experience with MindBody Software is a plus
