POSITION: Sales Associate – Industrial Real Estate
LOCATION: Philadelphia, PA
PRIMARY ROLE:
Binswanger Management Corp is a prominent global real estate firm that offers a comprehensive suite of services to corporate and institutional clients through its extensive network of offices worldwide. Our services encompass brokerage, property management, asset management, recovery, appraisal, marketing, and transaction facilitation.
This role is integral to supporting the sales initiatives of Binswanger's Greater Philadelphia Team. The Sales Associate will engage in property and transaction analysis, conduct market research, canvass potential clients, and develop compelling presentations and proposals. Additionally, the Sales Associate will monitor and forecast activities related to client transactions while identifying new business prospects.
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
The Sales Associate will report directly to a Partner and Senior Vice President of Sales, receiving guidance and direction from this leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and assess methodologies for gathering data pertinent to client transactions.
- Analyze data related to trends in the commercial real estate market.
- Prepare essential information for marketing presentations.
- Monitor and forecast activities concerning client transactions.
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement.
- Assist the Mid Atlantic brokerage team with activities such as property inspections, responding to client inquiries, transaction analysis, and deal execution.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience in the commercial real estate sector.
- Possession of a Pennsylvania Real Estate License.
- Strong analytical skills to identify complex issues and devise effective solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Innovative thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Argus software.
- Experience in utilizing software applications to manage extensive data, including creating and editing databases, inputting information, retrieving records, and generating reports.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
