Job SummaryThis leadership position directs the Travel Industry Sales function, ensuring client expectations are met and production goals are achieved. The Director will selectively sell Travel Industry business to maximize revenue and develop sales and marketing programs tailored to the industry's needs.

- Selectively sells Travel Industry business to maximize guest rooms and food and beverage revenue.
- Develops and implements sales and marketing programs and strategies for the Travel Industry Sales market.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with 2-4 years of experience in the industry. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hotel and Restaurant Management is highly desirable.
Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive salary range of $143,000 to $181,525 annually, along with a bonus program, comprehensive health care benefits, 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match, and other attractive benefits.
