Director of Travel Industry Sales Opportunity

Estimated salary: $143,000 - $181,525 per year

 

About the Role

This leadership position directs the property's travel industry sales function, ensuring client expectations and production goals are met. The ideal candidate will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the travel industry sales market.

 

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development

Develops and implements sales and marketing programs and strategies for the travel industry sales market.

Customer Relationship Building

Develops and manages relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Sales Performance Analysis

Analyzes market information by using sales systems and implements strategy to achieve property financial room and catering goals.

Team Leadership

Directs the solicitation and business negotiation efforts to maximize room revenue and achieve sales goals.

 

About You

The successful candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field, with 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area.
