About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vice President to lead our growth and cycle management initiatives in the P&C insurance industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building, leading, and managing a team dedicated to delivering growth and cycle management insights using Gallagher Re's proprietary portfolio data.

Key Responsibilities :

Build and lead a team of analysts to deliver data-driven insights and support strategic recommendations to clients
Develop and implement innovative approaches to new products and solutions, leveraging big data technologies and statistical analysis platforms
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create opportunities for strategic advisory services and drive business growth
Manage internal product development using new technologies and frameworks to explore, analyze, and visualize internal and external data

About You :

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in a strategic and analytical role, preferably in the P&C insurance or reinsurance industry. You should have a proven track record of delivering differentiated analytics to facilitate performance, growth, and cycle management decisions within an insurance company.

Desired Skills :

Actuary, CFA, or MBA degree
Experience with strategic underwriting or growth initiatives within P&C insurance
Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
