Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a team of analysts to deliver growth and cycle management insights using Gallagher Re's proprietary portfolio data
  • Lead client projects, delivering data-driven analysis to support strategic recommendations
  • Develop and implement innovative approaches to new products and solutions, leveraging big data technologies and statistical analysis platforms
  • Build and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to create opportunities for strategic advisory services
  • Play a key role in developing and managing the analyst pool, ensuring the delivery of high-quality insights and recommendations
About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in a strategic and analytical role, preferably in the P&C insurance or reinsurance industry. You should have a proven track record of delivering differentiated analytics to facilitate performance, growth, and cycle management decisions within an insurance company. Additionally, you should be comfortable with client interactions at the C-suite level and have a willingness to travel.

Desired Qualifications
  • Actuary, CFA, or MBA degree
  • Experience with strategic underwriting or growth initiatives within P&C insurance
  • Project management skills
