Sales Performance Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our sales performance and contribute to the company's mission to put the world on vacation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge of our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales representatives to help them achieve their sales goals and improve their performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure that sales teams are up-to-date on the latest products, services, and sales techniques.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and other business partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or sales management, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
