Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition and Retention
    • Meet with new and potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow existing portfolios and attract new business
  • Insurance Expertise
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and policy changes to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients
    • Work with clients to develop and deliver risk management strategies that meet their individual needs
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and ensure compliance with company policies
    • Utilize technology and software to streamline sales processes and improve customer service

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
    • Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
    • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
