We are seeking an experienced insurance sales professional to join our team at InCite Performance Group. As an insurance sales agent, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Insurance Plan Development: Work with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored insurance plans that meet their financial and risk management goals.
  • Policy Management: Stay up-to-date on industry protocols and policy changes to ensure seamless policy administration and customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Insurance Industry Knowledge: Proven understanding of the insurance industry, including insurance products, risk management, and relevant state and federal regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with experience in accounting and sales lead software a plus.
