Our Internship Program

Our In-Office Internship Program offers a unique opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our full-service business law firm. Our interns work side by side with department heads and professionals to provide a superior level of service for our internal and external clients in one of the most beautiful and iconic buildings in Downtown Jacksonville.

Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Intern, you will conduct market research to identify potential talent pools and effective recruiting strategies. You will develop compelling job descriptions and posting templates for open and future job opportunities. You will post job openings on various platforms, including LinkedIn, and other relevant job boards. You will manage and track applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient applicant tracking system.

Requirements

Candidate should be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degree/majors: Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Must commit to a minimum of 20 hours of work (weekly). Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite. Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring principles. Superb verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
