Position Overview

The Electronic Field Ticketing Product Owner will act as the primary functional representative and Global Subject Matter Expert, serving as a key decision-maker for Supply Chain's electronic ticketing platform. This role will advocate for the enhancement and optimization of the platform to facilitate business and process advancements. You will be responsible for developing, owning, managing, and executing the electronic ticketing strategy for Supply Chain, while also overseeing the strategic relationship with the eTicket system provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact for both internal and external stakeholders regarding Supply Chain's electronic field ticketing platform and processes.
  • Ensure integration points between the electronic ticketing platform and nxtgenERP systems (GEP, S4, SailPoint) are thoroughly tested and implemented in accordance with the Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
  • Collaborate with the nxtgenERP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Team to create a Management of Change (MOC) plan for internal users and suppliers, detailing transitions from the current to the post-go-live state.
  • Provide guidance, support, training, and troubleshooting for matters related to the electronic ticketing platform and processes.
  • Lead initiatives to explore, optimize, and implement platform capabilities and technological offerings, ensuring compliance with internal control standards and audit requirements.
  • Evaluate and prioritize opportunities for system enhancements and the product roadmap.
  • Coordinate with the electronic ticketing platform provider to escalate technical issues and implement solutions.
  • Manage system releases and ensure comprehensive testing occurs prior to the introduction of new capabilities.
  • Engage with stakeholders to comprehend business needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assess the impact of changes for system modifications, advising stakeholders and leading associated OCM activities.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Contract Management, or Supplier Relations.
  • At least 1 year of project management experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of primary Supply Chain systems (GEP, SAP S/4, Enverus), Source to Pay (S2P), and electronic ticketing processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7 or more years of direct experience in the oil and gas sector or a related industry.
  • Prior experience in systems and process design, with an understanding of expectations, relevant issues, and change management requirements.
