Role Overview
The Digital Product Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing our business line by spearheading the digitization of processes. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a multi-product environment.

- Establish and nurture effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Act as a liaison for the business by comprehending their needs and challenges, advocating for innovative solutions backed by measurable insights.

- Collaborate with business leaders to refine the product backlog and develop/maintain the product roadmap.

- Lead and facilitate product teams to achieve objectives outlined in the product roadmap, motivating others to broaden their perspectives and navigate group dynamics for optimal outcomes.
- Exhibit strong business analysis capabilities, adept at eliciting, visualizing, and documenting business requirements in the form of user stories.
- Demonstrate robust project management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- Possess a deep technical understanding, enabling effective communication with engineers and comprehension of technical trade-offs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a product owner role is required.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
