Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with the development team to design, implement, and refine internal systems, ensuring top-notch solutions for the organization.
  • Lead and participate in daily scrum meetings, sprint reviews, and planning sessions, utilizing both in-person and virtual communication methods.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to gather and understand business requirements.
  • Effectively prioritize and articulate requirements based on stakeholder perspectives, focusing development efforts on delivering value.
  • Evaluate systems to ensure compliance with business rules and quality standards.
  • Provide project updates to team members across all levels of the organization.
  • Identify potential risks to project success and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Guide functional team members to ensure effective collaboration and resolution of challenges.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Agile Product Ownership, with a strong understanding of maximizing product value.
  • Solid project management skills, including action planning and process modeling.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, particularly Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
  • A collaborative team player who fosters trust and positive interactions.
  • A self-motivated individual who consistently completes tasks and seeks additional responsibilities.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in a ScrumMaster role.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Understanding of Kanban methodology.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
