Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile cash drawers, including variance analysis and bank deposits
  • Record daily sales totals in the Excel Sales journal
  • Process accounts payable invoices and house account deposits
  • Ensure daily credit and gift card transactions are reconciled with POS and bank records
  • Prepare bi-weekly payroll for locations
  • Compile month-end reports for corporate processing
  • Assist with inventory counts as needed
  • Occasionally assist on the sales floor

Skills Required:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Preferred experience in accounts payable and payroll (4 years)
  • Familiarity with Excel is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time position with rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods, reach overhead, and perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping tasks.
