City Administrator Position

The City Administrator will be responsible for the administrative operations of the City of Lewiston, carrying out the policies set forth by the City Council. This role requires a strong background in public administration, finance, and communication.
Key Responsibilities- Administer the day-to-day operations of the city
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Supervise and coordinate employees
- Manage finances and accounting
- Communicate effectively with the public and city officials
- Bachelor's degree in public administration or a related field
- Four years of relative experience or a combination of education and experience
- Three years of supervisory experience
- Two years of experience in municipal administration or a related field
- Finance and accounting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Public speaking and public relations skills
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
