Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Specialist to join our team at Assured Environments. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for overseeing client and service relations, maintaining positive relationships with clients, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the liaison between clients and technicians to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Process service orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure that customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of applicable work experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Good conflict resolution instincts and patience with people.
