International Client Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our International Client Solutions team. This team will partner with our US Relationship Management team to develop and manage global relationships with iCapital's largest clients and prospects within the Asset Management and General Partner community.

The ideal candidate will analyze markets outside the US and develop strategies for new client acquisition, create and deliver compelling presentations, help negotiate contracts, and prioritize opportunities with existing clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding iCapital's existing onshore and offshore manufacturing and technology-focused offerings across Canada, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC and identifying new opportunities with prospects and existing clients.
  • Driving product offerings in new international markets based on market analysis and consultation with clients about their current and future strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinating internally with Product Development functions globally to ensure clients receive an efficient and consistent global experience.
  • Responding to inbound inquiries and vetting opportunities.
  • Cross-selling iCapital offerings such as Portfolio Allocation (Architect), Model Portfolios, and Education.
  • Identifying, prioritizing, and driving new opportunities with our existing client base.
  • Highlighting iCapital's fund creation and technology capabilities in one-on-one and group settings.
  • Providing detailed pipeline updates and reports to company management, Client Management teams, and other internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have 10-15+ years of experience in business development/relationship management, with a strong understanding of the Alternative Investments industry and key stakeholders. They will also have a comprehensive understanding of the evolving private fund offering landscape and be able to deliver a complex and varied product set to Enterprise clients.
