Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team in New York City. As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and enriching client remediation populations, assisting with sourcing missing client contacts, and providing guidance and oversight to the KYC Refresh team. You will also act as an escalation point for client issues, troubleshoot cases, and collaborate on solutions. Additionally, you will interact with subject matter experts to develop FAQs and standard responses to common themed queries, communicate with focus clients and sales coverage to provide regulation guidance, and prioritize, track, and consolidate escalations in an organized and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and enrich client remediation populations
  • Assist with sourcing missing client contacts and communicate data discrepancies to the program lead
  • Provide guidance and oversight to the KYC Refresh team
  • Act as an escalation point for client issues
  • Troubleshoot cases and collaborate on solutions
  • Interact with subject matter experts to develop FAQs and standard responses
  • Communicate with focus clients and sales coverage to provide regulation guidance
  • Prioritize, track, and consolidate escalations

Requirements:
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to independently assess and identify plans for resolution
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize time accordingly
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Client relationship skills and experience in communicating with external clients
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills, specifically Microsoft Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables), PowerPoint
  • Strong ability to manage large data sets to analyze project trackers and metrics
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the needs of the team as they arise
  • Experience in KYC / AML, client onboarding required
  • Years of industry experience required
  • College/University degree or equivalent with a business focus and relevant/proven experience
