Position Summary

The Client Success Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for ensuring operational excellence at client sites within their designated area. This dynamic field position encompasses various domains such as food safety, quality assurance, training, technology, marketing, finance, and troubleshooting. CSCs create strategic account initiatives, conduct business evaluations, and implement process enhancements to deliver an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee performance and execution at assigned locations, including reporting and training initiatives.
  • Initiate new locations and educate staff on operational procedures and software applications.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to enhance operations, sales, and profitability.
  • Understand and address client needs through onsite interactions.
  • Collaborate with store teams to formulate action plans aimed at boosting sales and profitability.
  • Ensure the quality of salad bars and associated equipment.
  • Complete various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Enjoys a diverse work environment and possesses knowledge in finance, food quality, marketing, and technology.
  • Comprehends business drivers such as sales, waste management, gross margin, and logistics.
  • Exhibits a leadership mentality and takes pleasure in mentoring others.
  • Demonstrates responsiveness, adaptability, and a client-focused approach.
  • Holds relevant educational qualifications or has 3+ years of experience, along with a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
