POSITION OVERVIEW:

Responsible for designing and implementing physical therapy treatment protocols aimed at enhancing functionality, alleviating discomfort, preventing disabilities, and promoting the overall health and wellness of our patients.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivers proficient physical therapy treatment strategies in line with the directives of the physician.
Establishes a physical therapy diagnosis, formulates a treatment strategy, and sets objectives for the patient based on their assessment.
Maintains a constructive level of engagement with facilities and clients, enhancing and nurturing client relationships with facilities and their personnel.
Safeguards patient records with confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Adheres to the Pennsylvania State Physical Therapy Act, along with relevant codes and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited physical therapy program.
Possession of a current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
Experience in outpatient settings is preferred but not mandatory.
CPR certification is a requirement.
