Position Overview:

  • Deliver rehabilitation services to patients in an outpatient environment.
  • Develop tailored care plans for each patient.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance patient care.
  • Build strong relationships with staff and the community.
  • Utilize advanced electronic medical records for documentation and reporting.
  • Comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Current state licensure for practicing physical therapy.

Physical Requirements:

  • Mobility: Assist patients and therapists with movement.
  • Lifting: Lift and transport equipment as necessary.
  • Standing: Remain on your feet throughout therapy sessions.
  • Manual Dexterity: Effectively use therapy tools.
  • Visual and Auditory Skills: Observe patients and communicate effectively.
