* Proficiency in architectural software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.

* Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and building structures.
* High level of creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
* Must be a licensed architect or in the process of obtaining a license.
