Landscape Architect

Environmental Science Associates (ESA) is seeking a licensed Landscape Architect with at least 5-10 years of related work experience and an academic background in landscape architecture to join our team in the Pacific Northwest.
About the RoleThis opportunity places a high value on collaboration, delivery, and the desire to learn and grow. As a Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing a range of public park, waterfront, and trail projects of high complexity and visibility, including developing master plans and conceptual designs, participating in and/or leading client and community engagement meetings, integrating and translating science and field-based analyses, producing construction documents, and providing construction support services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple projects and task deliverables concurrently
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biologists, civil and water resources engineers, and permitting specialists
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community groups
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior staff members
- 5-10 years of related work experience in landscape architecture
- Academic background in landscape architecture
- Licensed in Oregon or Washington
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil3D, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
ESA offers a competitive salary range of $72,938-$109,407 USD, depending on location and experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, annual allocations of company shares, a 401(k) plan with company match, annual performance-based bonuses, and paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
