Project Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our architecture and engineering firm, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and execution of numerous retail projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architectural design process, from conceptual design through overall completion of projects.
  • Develop design ideas and create design presentations, leading client meetings and coordinating with different stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed architectural construction documents at every stage of the project, ensuring quality control and compliance.
  • Oversee the construction administration process.
  • Coordinate with a team of professionals, including engineers, designers, and contractors, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure the construction is in line with the design intent and providing solutions to any arising issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the engineering industry, with a focus on architectural design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
  • Proven experience in managing retail projects, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency in architectural software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and building structures.
  • High level of creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Must be a licensed architect or in the process of obtaining a license.
