Project Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Architect to lead the design, development, and execution of numerous retail projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design process, from conceptual design through overall completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process, ensuring quality control and compliance.
- Prepare detailed architectural construction documents at every stage of the project.
- Coordinate with a team of professionals, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage and mentor junior team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing retail projects, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in architectural software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and building structures.
