Job Description

Cannabliss in Washington, DC is seeking a highly motivated General Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged. To work in this Medical facility, you must be fully vaccinated and have a valid Driver's License. You must also be able to pass a clean FBI Background check.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee daily business operations and manage staff as needed
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards and manage profit and loss figures
  • Inventory and ordering management

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills to connect with Executive Management, co-workers, and patients
  • Flexible hours, including weekends
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic that supports our values and culture
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, patient-focused workplace
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
  • College degree and/or credits
  • At least three years of related experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suites and Google Suites
  • Valid clean driver's license and COVID-19 Vaccination required
  • Ability to pass an FBI Criminal Background check and credit check
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well on a team
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, critical thinking, and troubleshoot difficult situations
  • Reliable transportation
