Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Part-time Information Assistant. The ideal candidate will work approximately 3 days a week, performing office duties and assisting with events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with office duties, including basic reception tasks, such as operating office machinery, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
  • Support event duties on and off site, including coordination and execution.
  • Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of standard English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License and Insurance.
  • Experience with basic receptionist duties and event coordination.
  • Ability to meet all employer and department hiring requirements, including passage of a drug test.
  • Ability to comply with all employer and department policies and work rules.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Excellent listening and customer service skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
Working Conditions

The incumbent occasionally works extended and/or evening hours, and/or weekends.

The incumbent reports directly to the Office Manager and Executive Director.
