Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Multimedia Production Expert with extensive experience in video creation, encompassing set coordination, audiovisual equipment handling, and post-production refinement.

The successful candidate will oversee the complete multimedia production cycle, from initial concept development to final delivery, ensuring that all projects adhere to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of video production, including pre-production planning, on-site execution, and post-production editing.
  • Operate and maintain audiovisual equipment, such as cameras, lighting setups, sound systems, and editing software.
  • Coordinate and supervise video shoots, ensuring all technical and creative elements are executed seamlessly.
  • Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos, incorporating effects, graphics, music, and sound as required.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project timelines.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in multimedia production and continuously enhance skills and techniques.


Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Broadcasting, Media Production, Media Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience in video production, including set management, audiovisual equipment operation, and post-production editing.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or similar applications.
  • Strong knowledge of cinematography, lighting, and sound design principles.
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation techniques.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous multimedia production work is required.
  • Exceptional creative vision and meticulous attention to detail.

  • This is an in-office position with a regular work schedule.
  • Daily commuting to the local office is required.
