Starbucks Barista

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Starbucks Barista at Target. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, providing expert knowledge of our products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Guest Service: Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our Starbucks products, including beverages, food, and promotions.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Starbucks area, by adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, resolve issues, and maintain a positive store culture.
• Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, including working varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, team members, and management.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely in a retail environment.
