RN NICU Night Shift with Multiple FTE Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our NICU team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns and their families
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire
- 1 year Nursing experience
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire
