We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Main ICU at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. This is a 0.9 FTE night shift position, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating expertise in critical care nursing practices and protocols.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development, staying current with the latest advancements in critical care nursing and evidence-based practices.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and excellence, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License (if practicing in Washington state).
- Current National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Within 90 days of hire, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
