RN NICU Night Shift with Multiple FTE Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage life-sustaining therapies, such as mechanical ventilation and cardiac support.
- Participate in code blue and rapid response team activations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
