RN - Short Stay Multiple FTE and Shift Opportunities

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Short Stay Unit at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Short Stay Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
