We are seeking a skilled and compassionate NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns and their families in the NICU setting.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in neonatal care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
