Position Overview

Beaches Tanning Center is seeking a dedicated full-time Associate Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong leadership qualities, a positive attitude, and a desire to embark on a management career. Compensation and Benefits

Our Associate Managers receive an average hourly wage of $20-$26, complemented by uncapped commissions and bonuses. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical insurance (50% employer contribution), dental, vision, and life insurance. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Assistant Manager and Store Manager in daily operations, including cleaning, training, and customer service.
  • Address customer service issues promptly and effectively.
  • Support marketing initiatives through approved messaging and visual displays.
  • Set and monitor shift goals, coaching team members on sales expectations.
  • Exemplify strong sales performance and lead by example.
  • Report employee-related issues to upper management.
  • Participate in company meetings and assist in delivering key information to staff.
  • Help prepare for store meetings and conduct training sessions as needed.
  • Cover shifts as necessary, including weekends and holidays.
  • Monitor staffing needs and communicate with management regarding scheduling.
  • Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
  • Attend weekly management meetings to review store performance and strategies.
  • Address maintenance issues and ensure store cleanliness.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Basic grammar, math, and computer skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience or 6 months of employment with Beaches.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work 30 hours per week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical requirements include standing, moving, and cleaning for extended periods.
