Job Description

Beaches Tanning Center, a leading provider of tanning services, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting the Assistant and Store Manager, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist the Assistant Manager and Store Manager in maintaining a clean and welcoming facility, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales goals.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support company marketing efforts by promoting approved products and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on employee performance, addressing any issues or concerns with upper management.
  • Attend and participate in company meetings, providing feedback and insights to improve store operations.
  • Conduct bi-monthly inventory checks and report any discrepancies to the inventory controller.
  • Assist in preparing for store meetings, delivering corporate content to store associates, and conducting training sessions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic grammar, math, and computer skills.
  • 1 year of shift lead/keyholder/supervisor experience or at least 6 months of Beaches employment.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical demands: constant moving, standing, talking, hearing, reaching, and bending.
