The Culinary Operations Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of food service operations, including menu planning, procurement, food preparation, and service delivery. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • Experience in food service management within healthcare or similar environments is preferred, with a focus on food production, financial oversight, and team leadership.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts is preferred.
  • Certification in food safety (e.g., SERV Safe) is mandatory; additional certifications such as CDM may be beneficial.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and pass any necessary background checks.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.
