Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and develop staff on service standards, menu offerings, and overall food and beverage operations.
  • Ensure staffing levels are adequate to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Engage positively with guests to enhance their dining experience.
  • Promote the venue's amenities and services effectively.
  • Address guest feedback and resolve any concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate special events within the restaurant.
  • Monitor food quality and service standards to ensure they meet expectations.
  • Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork among staff.
  • Maintain the restaurant's profitability to support overall business operations.
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure stock availability.
  • Assess the cost-effectiveness of operations regularly.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and revenue reports.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and provide training on its use.
  • Oversee special projects, marketing initiatives, and public relations efforts.
  • Adhere to food handling regulations and other compliance guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred college degree.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • At least 5 years in a managerial role within a restaurant setting.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, P&L statements, and capital expenditures.
  • Familiarity with food and beverage systems, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems.
  • Excellent communication skills across various departments.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations.
