This full-time position operates from 3 PM to 11:30 PM. Our facility is a continuing care retirement community that serves both independent seniors and those requiring assistance with daily living activities or comprehensive nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and provide necessary nursing care, personal assistance, treatments, and emotional support to residents in our assisted living sections.
  • Monitor and report any concerning changes in resident conditions while upholding the commitment to Resident's Rights.
  • Engage with cognitively impaired residents through appropriate activities and communication.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Assist with meal service, cleanup, and light cooking to meet individual resident preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Medication Aide Certification
  • Nurse Aide Certification
  • Previous experience in memory care is preferred
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with residents and their families.
  • Ability and enthusiasm to engage residents in various daily activities.
  • Proactive approach to resident care and enjoyment.
