The Store Operations Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of our retail outlet. This role involves managing personnel, stock levels, and financial operations while ensuring exceptional service for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, interview, and retain top-tier talent.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop store personnel consistently.
  • Supervise a team of retail staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
  • Uphold company policies and ensure compliance among all employees.
  • Guide the team in identifying and implementing productivity enhancements.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and ensure the team is trained in sales, customer service, and operational standards.
  • Effectively communicate priorities and sales strategies to empower staff in maximizing business opportunities.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and sanitation protocols.
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels and manage product ordering processes.
  • Acquire in-depth product knowledge and stay informed about current launches and promotions.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, customer service, and financial reconciliations.
  • Assist customers with transactions while delivering outstanding service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and ensure consistent performance.
  • Identify performance gaps and collaborate with management to devise effective solutions.
  • Stay updated on corporate communications, directives, and policies.
  • Implement store initiatives to enhance efficiency in sales, service, and branding.
  • Spend the majority of business hours on the sales floor engaging with customers and coaching staff.
  • Analyze sales and financial data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Design and execute marketing strategies to drive store traffic and sales.
  • Monitor industry trends and competition, providing recommendations for business improvement.
  • Work over 40 hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • May be assigned additional tasks or projects as necessary.
Qualifications:

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership capabilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of store operations.
  • Basic math skills for financial tasks.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of prior management experience preferred.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Flexibility to work extended shifts when necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
