Compensation Range: $43,888 - $45,932 per year

  • Team Management: Oversee a diverse team of 8 to 15 members, fostering a supportive environment.
  • Recruitment and Development: Hire and nurture customer-focused team members, aiding in their career advancement.
  • Safety and Motivation: Create a safe environment for customers and staff while promoting team growth.
  • Sales Enhancement: Drive sales across all shifts while maintaining high store standards.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store reflects our brand image and is well-stocked with fresh products.
  • Expense Management: Utilize proactive strategies to control store expenses.
  • Sales Initiatives: Implement and manage all company sales programs.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older in specific states; 21 years or older in others.
  • Experience in retail and/or food management.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed.
  • Occasional travel for regional and district meetings may be required.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Prepared to complete necessary training programs.
