  • Team Leadership: Model excellent customer service and lead by example, setting high standards for team members.
  • Store Operations: Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are consistently met, and be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
  • Business Acumen: Stay up-to-date on all aspects of the business, share ideas to drive growth, and contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
  • Point of Sale Transactions: Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of the Store Manager.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
  • Availability: Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
  • Travel: May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).
