Job Description

Overview:

ThinkTank LLC is seeking a seasoned Direct Market Manager to lead a team of Broadband Consultants in promoting and enrolling eligible customers into an affordable home internet and streaming TV service package. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the campaign's success, ensuring team adherence to sales and enrollment procedures, and directly engaging with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of Broadband Consultants in various in-person distribution locations, providing guidance and support to ensure high activation rates and compliance with the 90-day customer retention requirement.
  • Training and Development: Train and support team members on the enrollment process, product benefits, and customer interaction techniques, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Customer Engagement: Participate directly in customer enrollments to provide firsthand sales experiences and insights, helping to drive team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase team effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Logistics: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in campaign execution, handling logistical aspects of campaign management, including scheduling, location setup, and material distribution.

Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in sales or marketing, preferably in telecommunications, broadband, media services, or similar industries.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and team management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling you to engage effectively with both customers and team members.
  • Training and Motivation: Ability to train and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed their performance targets, driving team success and customer satisfaction.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledgeable in customer enrollment processes and compliance with federal programs like ACP, ensuring you understand the regulatory requirements of the role.
  • Flexibility: Must be flexible to travel within the assigned territories and work at various event sites, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
