YOUR ROLE:

As the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, you will be integral to the Magnifi go-to-market team, directly reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the Lifecycle Marketing initiatives, focusing on driving growth, user engagement, and monetization strategies. You will design, implement, and refine comprehensive lifecycle campaigns tailored to various user segments and stages.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Formulating and executing large-scale lifecycle marketing campaigns aimed at maximizing user engagement and revenue.
  • Identifying user challenges and developing solutions to enhance the overall experience, utilizing both user feedback and data analytics.
  • Employing marketing automation and behavioral insights to craft personalized user experiences at scale.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Technology team to define marketing requirements and enhance automation processes.
  • Creating iterative testing plans to continuously refine and elevate campaign performance.
  • Analyzing market trends and generating actionable insights to share across the organization.
  • Driving growth metrics, measuring success, and reporting performance regularly.
  • Working closely with stakeholders across various departments including Growth, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Over 5 years of experience in direct-to-consumer lifecycle management, including email, in-app, push notifications, and SMS.
  • Demonstrated success in developing lifecycle marketing strategies, particularly in onboarding and retention at scale.
  • Strong analytical skills with a background in various testing methodologies.
  • Advanced degrees in relevant fields such as Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, or Economics.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to produce marketing materials.
  • In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices and growth marketing principles.
  • Technical proficiency in email systems, including understanding of APIs and data flows.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams to support project execution.
  • A user-centric approach to marketing.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to manage both strategic and tactical initiatives independently.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement through experimentation.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
