An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Operations Coordinator to join the Duke University Health System team


About the Job:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to provide administrative support to our laboratory team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing complex documentation, reports, charts, graphs, and spreadsheets, as well as coordinating special projects and resolving budget variances.
  • They will also prioritize and resolve inquiries, schedule appointments and travel, and act as a liaison between departments.
  • In addition, they will collect, compile, and analyze data and information, assist with ordering office supplies, setting up purchase orders, and managing inventory.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
