About the Job Description
The Staff Assistant role involves a wide range of administrative duties, including financial accounting, personnel, and other office functions. You will work closely with faculty and staff to coordinate office operations, handle financial transactions, and ensure seamless delivery of services. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to resolve non-routine administrative problems independently or with others.

Requirements and Qualifications
Work requires a broad knowledge of clerical and accounting principles and practices normally acquired through two years of post-secondary education in administrative support or a related field. Three years of related secretarial/clerical experience is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, we also provide a generous retirement plan and paid time off.
