Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth and development for Crosby's electrical team. This role requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-volume customers to achieve organic growth and company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to deliver revenue growth and meet organizational targets.
  • Manage customer input and feedback for all projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' business needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels.
  • Manage day-to-day customer communication and ongoing relationships, ensuring effective project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities through trade shows, industry events, and customer visits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the commercial/industrial electrical field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrable sales results and an established book of business.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines, work independently, and manage personal time effectively.
  • Strong writing, phone, and presentation skills, with experience using Salesforce.
